Are you ‘up’ on your roof? If it could talk it would have a lot to tell you, particularly in terms of how all the bits and pieces come together to work as one. 

There’s nothing more frustrating than being in the middle of a conversation only to be overwhelmed by technical terminology. The problem is, if you don’t understand the lingo, how can you really make an informed decision?
